Covid-19 Update: May 2020
Vaultex continues to adapt to the challenges of Covid-19 to ensure the safety our people and protect cash services. We have amended policies and procedures to ensure we achieve the right balance between keeping our industry-leading service and protecting our people.
These changes are centred on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off working pattern for all of our operational staff: ensuring we balance resource to reflect the volumes of cash we’re experiencing, while allowing us to implement effective social distancing within our cash sites. We will continue to monitor and adapt to Government advice.
We will continue to provide ongoing cash services through-out the pandemic while ensuring we are prepared for an increase in volume when businesses start to re-open.
