The Site is operated by us.  We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 06356813 and have our registered office at All Saints Triangle, Caledonian Road, London, N1 9UT.

We may, at our absolute discretion, update these Terms of Use without notice, for example to comply with changes in the law or to take account of changes to our Site. Any trademarks that may be reproduced in this Site and which are not the property of, or licensed to us, are acknowledged as such on the Site.

Applicable law

However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, this Terms of Use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
