Social Responsibility
Social Responsibility is part of our fabric and one of the ways we live our values each day.
Working alongside our people to help them understand how they can contribute, our specialist Sustainability team are dedicated to ensuring Vaultex do more: for our people and their wellbeing, our local communities, the cash industry, and, critically, our environment.
This encompasses a commitment to volunteering and providing free employability skills to our future workforce, creating an inclusive culture where people feel supported and empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work, and using our expertise to find pioneering alternatives to the plastic we use.
In 2022, our CSR strategy was recognised with both a CSR-A Gold Accreditation and an International CSR Excellence Gold Award.
Additionally, we were proud to be represent the cash industry as the only cash processor to contribute towards the UN’s 26th Conference of Parties (COP26). Our report outlined some of the logistics behind our improved environmental impact in the hope of helping other industry players do the same.
