A dedicated initiative for cash processors who want to pursue management opportunities. Designed to help our people learn the business from the ground up, the course teaches skills such as leading and motivating people, managing change, and emotional intelligence – all in a supportive environment.

In partnership with Coventry University, we have developed a work-based degree apprenticeship program to identify people at the beginning of their career path and help mould their development. Our apprentices gain invaluable work experience while studying towards relevant, chartered accredited degrees in a wide range of business areas – combining learning with practice.

The concept was proven to be a success from the get-go, as every member of our first cohort qualified with first-class honours.

We also extend this out to existing staff, so if you’d rather join us in another role first, the right opportunity will still be there for you further down the line.

We understand how important it is for students to gain work experience and stand out from the crowd. That’s why we offer summer intern placements in many of our support functions, including Finance, Tech & Change, HR and Risk, Safety and Security.

As an intern, you’ll enjoy all the benefits of our full-time employees, including a salary in line with the Living Wage Foundation.
