Vaultex has been named the winner for Best Employee Relations at the CIPD People Management Awards.

The CIPD Awards are among the most prestigious in the HR industry, recognising outstanding and innovative achievements in people management and development.

Vaultex has picked up a number of accolades this year in recognition of its commitment to people and engagement. These include a win for Best Health & Wellbeing Strategy at the HR Excellence Awards and the attainment of Investor in People (IIP) Champion status.

The judges praised Vaultex’s ‘You Said, We Did’ approach, “asking employees what they needed through focus groups, and ensuring conversations were followed with action.

“Key to its success was introducing dialogue and a sense of companionship to staff who had traditionally needed to stay tight lipped about their work for security reasons.

“Judges loved the programme of supporting roadshows, the creation of company-wide Fun Days and measures to prioritise local CSR projects.”

Other winners on the night included Virgin Money, Ovo Energy, Jaguar Land Rover, Pizza Hut and the Department of Work and Pensions.
