Investors in People (IIP) set the standard for people management, offering accreditation to people-focused organisations. IIP’s standard reflects the latest workplace trends and leading practices  required to create outperforming teams.

Three years after receiving our first Gold accreditation, Vaultex were recently re-evaluated by IIP. This was a significant undertaking, as IIP have now introduced their new 6^th Generation assessment criteria.

The new criteria involved an increase of standard requirements across the board, as well as new categories of assessment.

Despite the increase in standard of the process, we’re proud to announce that Vaultex have been accredited with IIP Gold status until 2022. Only 17% of companies that held Gold standard under the old criteria managed to retain their status under the new one.

As well as our Gold accreditation, we’ve also been awarded IIP’s Health & Wellbeing accreditation after demonstrating advanced practices in all aspects of the standard – including physical, psychological and social wellbeing.

“There was clear evidence to show that there has been a continued progression in people management strategy since the last assessment in 2016,” says IIP Assessor John O’Sullivan.

“There are a number of areas where excellent, high performing practices are being demonstrated. Moreover, when looking at staff engagement over the longer run, Vaultex has demonstrated the biggest improvement I have seen in any organisation over the last twenty years.”
