At Vaultex our CSR strategy isn’t a box ticking exercise: we continue to address important social issues.

Our workforce incorporates people from all walks of life, whose unique differences make Vaultex the industry-leading company we are today.

As a company built on values, we continually strive to maintain a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. In 2018 we provided company-wide Diversity training and launched a Diversity Calendar to help us celebrate and learn about our people’s differences. This year, we sought to further understand exactly what those differences are by conducting our first company diversity survey.

Our commitment going forward is simple: continue to nourish our culture of inclusivity and create the right working environment for all of our people. This begins with our informative and celebratory campaign dedicated to Pride throughout the month of June.
