Diversity at Vaultex
Inclusivity has always been a core company value at Vaultex but we wanted to go further. In the last few years we have listened to what is important to our people, and launched company-wide initiatives so they feel welcomed and comfortable enough to be themselves at work – something everyone deserves.
Our Diversity strategy will now be recognised under the ethos: ‘Everyone Counts’, and is made up of four pillars; Stand, Speak, Share and Shape. We recognise that our people are rich in their differences, each with different backgrounds, upbringings and perspectives on the world – this is what makes Vaultex such a brilliant place to work.
Our ‘4S’ approach encourages people to take ownership of making changes for the better; Standing for what’s right; Speaking up about inequality and its impact to raise awareness; Sharing our experiences and what we’ve learned from them and engaging in the opportunities we provide to shape Vaultex’s future.
To ensure that we truly have a zero tolerance approach to discrimination of any kind, we have amended and re-launched our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy. The new policy has overwritten our Dignity at Work and Equal Opportunities policies to encompass every aspect of our new approach to driving equality.
More significantly, we are aware that the success of our inclusive approach is dependent on securing the involvement of everyone at Vaultex. It is integral we have representation from all areas of the Vaultex community when shaping our future, and we’re excited to commit ourselves to achieving this.
