Vaultex wins award for best Health and Wellbeing strategy at the 20th annual HR Excellence Awards
Vaultex has won a coveted HR Excellence Award for its Health & Wellbeing strategy.
The judges were impressed with the strategy’s results, with one describing it as “authentic, practical and meaningful.”
The HR Excellence Awards, now in their 20th year, are among the most sought after and prestigious awards in the HR industry.
The award recognises the work Vaultex has put in over the last few years to make the company a healthier, better informed and happier place to work – including the introduction of innovative new initiatives such as pension planning, onsite health clinics and health awareness campaigns.
Katie Jacobs, editor of HR magazine, said: “With the outstanding quality and high quantity of entries, those entries that made the shortlist, let alone those who are walking off with a high commendation or a trophy, should be feeling especially proud of themselves.”
In addition, Vaultex was recently named an Investor in People Champion for the North. Vaultex is one of the few companies in the UK to receive this accolade.
